Tuition fees are charged and are payable at the beginning of each term. A reduced scale applies when the family has more than one son at Villanova College.
In Junior and Middle School classes, a hiring scheme operates whereby parents are not required to buy textbooks other than items which may be deemed consumables.
This scheme is funded by charging a Resource Fee each term and by bulk payment of book and resource allowances by state government for secondary students.
School Fees are all-inclusive of tuition costs, curriculum-based excursions and camps and the cocurricular programs. The Fee does not cover the cost of any optional co-curricular camps or tours (i.e. sport, music or ministry) or private instrumental music lessons beyond Year 5.
Building Maintenance Levy supports ongoing maintenance of College facilities.
Building Fund donation (voluntary) - Families that are able and willing to donate to Villanova College Building Fund are encouraged to arrange the regular donation payment on FACTs system. Your donation will assist to facilitate improvements and capital works to the Coorparoo College Campus and Villanova Park.
An annual payment discount of 2.5% is offered where the annual school fee and compulsory charges is paid in full by 9 February 2024.
Family Discounts
Sibling discounts apply when more than one brother from a family is enrolled at the College. Annual school fees are reduced by the following amounts per student:
Withdrawal of Enrolment
Parents wishing to withdraw their son’s enrolment are required to provide written notice by no later than the first day of the term at the end of which it is intended he should leave, or if it is intended he should leave during the term, by no later than the first day of the preceding term. Parents failing to comply with this requirement will pay or forfeit (as the case may be) to the College one term’s fees in lieu of notice.
Application Fee
This $200 (including GST) fee is payable on registration for enrolment. It is not refundable and not transferable to secure an enrolment in another year.
Confirmation Fee
This $900 non-refundable fee is payable on confirmation of enrolment. In the event of cancellation of enrolment, the fee is not transferable to secure an enrolment in another year.
Commitment Fee
A Commitment Fee of $1,000 is requested for all new students and is payable by the end of Term 2 of the year prior to commencement at the College. This fee is then fully credited against Term 1 fees once the student commences his education at the College. In the event that the student does not commence at the College, this fee is non-refundable and will be gifted to the Villanova College Foundation Terry Hendle Bursary Fund to support families who otherwise could not afford a Villanova College education.
