Tuition Fees

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht.

The school fees include all tuition, lunch and use of the library. Many after-school activities programmes are provided for an additional fee. In addition to the school fees, there are additional charges for items such as Cambridge resources, school books & uniforms, transportation, ECAs, Checkpoint Examination, IGCSE – AS – A Level examination fees.

Discount
The second child in school will receive a 5% discount and the third child will receive a 10% discount on the tuition fee.

Billing
Fees will be billed and sent by email on a per term basis three times a year.

Late Entry
For students enrolling late in the academic year, annual fees will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the number of weeks remaining in the academic year.

Insurance
The school accident insurance for students is included in the school fees. It covers up to THB 30,000 per accident.

Other Fees

ESL Fees
English as a Second Language provides an intensive English programme twice per week for students who fall below the school’s academic standards. ESL is compulsory and payment must be paid at THB 400 per class.

Field Trips
Field trips organised by the school will be an extra charge. This includes all educational trips organised for students during the school day as well as the annual Secondary Outbound field trips. The permission letter will be sent to parents for an approval in advance.

Extra-Curricular Activities
Extra-Curricular Activities are optional, or at times recommended. Parents will be notified and invoiced of any charges.

Entrance Tests
The CAT4 assessments, Progress Tests in English, Mathematics and Science, plus the NGRT will incur an additional one off cost of 3,000 baht.

Withdrawal Refund Policy

The deposit will be refunded when all three conditions below have been met:

• When a student is permanently withdrawn from BCIS Phuket.
• A full academic year has been completed at BCIS Phuket.
• Parents must complete a ‘Confirmation of Student Withdrawal’ form and submit this to the office 3 months prior to the end of the academic year.

Refunds will be deducted for any outstanding amounts owed to the school and will be processed at the end of each academic year. Payments will be processed into Thai bank accounts within 14 working days. No overseas banks will be transferred into.
