Tuition Fees List

General Notices

• 10% tax is included in all the tuition/fees.
• Payment should be made by bank transfer under the child’s name with the account code that is written in the invoice.
• Tax exemption is applicable for diplomats. Please contact the office for more details.
• For students enrolled after the school year commences, Tuition and Bus fees will be prorated by the week.
• Please note that Late Fee will incur if the payment is not settled by the due date as per the Payment Guidelines.
• No sibling discount is available.

Application Fee

• Yoyogi international school charges an application fee of 20,000 yen per child plus tax for new students. Please arrange to have the application fee transferred into the school bank account when you apply.
• Please make payment by bank transfer to the following account under the student’s name.
• Payer: student’s name
• Amount: ¥22,000 (application fee of 20,000 yen per child plus tax)

**Kindly remit the total amount due. Please do not deduct bank transfer charges from the balance due.

*Please instruct your bank to make sure that we will receive the invoice amount in full and that any bank charges that may incur needs to be paid by the sender, or alternatively, kindly add the bank charge of ¥4,000 on top of the invoice amount.

**Please note that if there are any correspondent banks between your bank and our bank, the correspondent banks’ bank charges will occur. Correspondent banks are generally used when remitters’ banks do not have correspondence with receivers’ bank. We suggest to ask your bank whether they have correspondence with our bank.
