Fees Regulations
Registration Fee of QR 500 is a one-off fee payable at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable
The place booking fee of QR 2000 is due within the second semester to guarantee a place for the following school year
AIA is eligible to offer the place to another student in case the student doesn’t show up at the beginning of the semester and the tuition fees are not paid by the deadline mentioned in the table
Tuition fees must be paid every semester by the due dates or it can be paid annually
If a student joins AIA during the first half of a semester. application, enrollment, and books fees, in addition to full tuition fees, will be due. If the student joins during the second half of a semester, application, enrollment, and books fees, in addition to 50% of the semester’s tuition fees, will be due.
A written one-month notice is required for withdrawal of a student.
All academic books will be sold at the school store
Participation in educational trips organized by the school is considered important to the child's learning. Parents will be asked to cover the cost of these trips (including transportation, entrance fees etc.)
All tuition and additional fees are subject to change annually based on approval from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education
