Payment Methods

Cash and Bank Card Terminal Payment

Cash and bank card payments (via our POS terminal) can be made in the Business Office during office hours (Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 3:35 pm).

Online Payments

You may pay the Student Application Fee and the Seat Reservation Fee online via SimplePay. You can also pay these fees through the appropriate links on our Admission & Enrollment portal. You may pay the Parent Contribution and Additional Fees online via Saferpay.

Bank Transfer

NOTE: If you pay by bank wire transfer, the bank fees are your responsibility! Please check on the transfer request that you will be paying the transfer fee!

Fee and Payment Currency

The Parent Contribution and Additional Fees are fixed in USD. We prefer payments in USD, but you may pay in HUF, EUR, and other currencies as well. Please always use the daily MNB (Magyar Nemzeti Bank) exchange rate.

Please read and follow the payment instructions carefully, and pay special attention to payment amounts and currencies. We are unable to refund overpayments on fees.
