Tuition fees are inclusive of books, key online resources and subscriptions, and stationery. Tuition Fees can be paid in full at the start of the academic year or in three instalments: 40% in August for the First Term, 30% in December for the Second Term, and 30% in March for the Third Term. Sibling Discounts: In addition to the Founding Families Discounted Fee, we offer a special 10% Sibling discount for families enrolling each additional sibling at The Scholars School.
Application Fee
As part of the admission process, a one-time application fee of AED 500 (inclusive of VAT AED 525) is required to process applications and book assessments. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Seat-Deposit
In line with KHDA regulations, a 10% deposit of the annual tuition fee is required for new students to secure their seat, payable upon acceptance of an offer. Returning students pay a 5% deposit. The seat deposits are fully deducted from the child’s annual tuition fees.
Payment methods
For your convenience, we offer parents multiple ways to pay fees. Parents can pay by credit card via the Skiply or Zenda which can be downloaded from the Google Play store for Android phones or Apple App Store for iPhones. Parents can also pay fees by a bank transfer to the school’s bank account or by Cash, Credit Card or Cheque (in favour of The Scholars School) at the School’s Account’s Office.
Refund policy
If a parent withdraws admission prior to the start of the academic year, fees paid prior to the beginning of the academic year will be refunded, and only the application fees and reenrolment fees will be deducted. If a parent withdraws during the first two weeks of the school, 1 month tuition fees will be charged, and the balance will be refunded. If a parent withdraws the child between 2 weeks and less than 1 month of the start of the school, two months of tuition fees will be charged, and balance amount will be refunded. If a parent withdraws the child after 1 month of the start of the school (or Term), the term’s tuition fees will be charged in full. Under all circumstances, the fees for application and re-enrolment will be non-refundable.

Transport
We understand the importance of safe and reliable transportation for our students. At The Scholars School, we are committed to providing a convenient and secure bus transportation service. We offer bus service to students across all year groups. Children on the bus will be always accompanied by a bus guardian. To ensure parents can monitor their child’s entry and exit, and track their journey both ways we have affiliated with ‘Smart Bus Attendance System’– SBAS gives the comfort and control of a well-designed system which provides complete features for transporting children from home to school and back. Uniforms
At TSS, we firmly believe that wearing the proper school uniform is not just a requirement but an essential part of fostering a positive and cohesive learning environment. Our school uniform instils a sense of identity, pride, and belonging among our students, creating a shared sense of purpose and unity within our school community. The uniform is available for purchase at the school Uniform Shop located in the administrative wing.
