1. Membership Fee in the German School Association Manila | € 150
The membership fee (€ 150) is charged only to families who choose to be a member of the German School Association (GSA). The fee is paid annually and charged at the beginning of the school year.
2. Entrance Fee | PHP 130,000
The Entrance Fee of PHP 130,000 applies to every new enrollee in all grade levels. It is non-refundable and paid only in the first year of enrollment.
3. Refundable Deposit | PHP 130,000
The no-interest bearing refundable deposit applies to every new enrollee in all grade levels. It is refunded in full to the family upon withdrawal from GESM, provided they have no outstanding dues and their clearance process has been duly accomplished.
4. Other fees and expenses
Other fees and expenses for additional activities and services in school might apply. Notable expenses not covered by the school fees are transportation, canteen service, school clothing, most field trips, and some extracurricular activities, among others.
5. Tuition Fees
GESM's tuition fees are adjusted every school year for inflation and other factors. The rates for S.Y. 2025-26 are below.

NOTE: Tuition fees have to be paid in EURO and PESO (e.g. Tuition fee Kindergarten is 2,540 € plus PHP 230,000 for a full year's tuition fee).
If parents don’t have access to Euro, they can pay in Peso based on a set exchange rate set by the school.
In case of non-payment of fees resulting in outstanding tuition fee arrears at the end of the school year, the student will not qualify for enrollment in the following school year unless his/her parent or guardian pays the outstanding financial obligation of the student. Payment of the outstanding financial obligation does not guarantee the availability of a slot for the student.
Due dates for quarterly payments are typically set on the following dates: August 1, November 1, February 1, May 1.
