Fee Structure

Application

Parent completes the application form fully with all supporting documentation and submits this to QIS.

Assessment

All students must sit an assessment test before an offer is made. The assessment fee is a one off payment of QR214.

Registration

If the application is successful and a place is available, then QIS will make a registration offer. A registration fee of QR3,213 is payable per student.

Consumables Levy

A levy per term for classroom consumables is added to fee invoices. This covers Art / Science / DT consumables, photocopying, stationery and transport for school excursions.

**All school fees in Qatar are set by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, and are reviewed annually. School fees are therefore subject to change each year in accordance with Ministry instructions. The school will always make parents aware of any changes as soon as they are published.

How to pay

Fees are payable at the start of each term by cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. Fees must be paid within one week after invoicing commences. Where fees are unpaid the child’s enrollment in the school will be terminated.

  • Term 3: Sunday, 8 May.

External examinations (such as IGCSE’s, A levels etc) and Arabic and Qatar History books are invoiced separately.
