Fees and Payments

At Al Ittihad National Private Schools, our approach to school fees is designed to be transparent and accessible. We provide a breakdown of fees for each grade level, encompassing tuition, materials, and some extracurricular activities. Our aim is to make quality education attainable for all.

  • Sibling discount is given from the second child onward.
  • 5% VAT will be applied on all fees except tuition fees, books & transportation fees.

Tuition Fees Payment Terms

Tuition fees are to be paid by three installments as follows:

  • The first installment in August of every year, a total of (33%) of the school tuition fees after deducting re-registration fees or registration fees paid.
  • The second installment, on 1st December of every year, a total of (33%) of the school tuition fees.
  • The third installment on 1st February of every year, a total of (34%) of the school tuition fees.

The second and third installments must be paid via two post-dated cheques dated 1st December & 1st February to be submitted along with the first installment in August of each year.
In all instances where the parent employer or any other party will be directly covering the tuition fees on the parent's behalf, the “undertaking from Employer to pay Tuition fees” form must be completed. This form is available at the Registration & Accounts Department.

Tuition Fees Refund Policy

Registration and Re-registration Fees

Schools shall refund the full registration fee for new students if the parents provide written notification to the school two weeks prior to the start of the new academic year.
Re-registration fee will not be refunded to the students enrolled in the previous academic year if they do not attend the school in the following academic year.

Withdrawal at the Beginning of the Academic Year

  • If the student attends up to a part of the first week of the term and then discontinues without written notification from the parent, registration fee will not be refunded.
  • If the student attends school for a period ranging between one week and three weeks, one-month fees will be deducted.
  • If the student attends school for a period ranging between three weeks & six weeks, two months' fees will be deducted.
  • If the student attends school for more than six weeks, one semester's fees will be deducted.

Other Terms

  • The actual withdrawal date will be considered from the date the parent submits the written 'Withdrawal Request' to the school, and not from the date the student absence.
  • One Month's fees are calculated by dividing the total tuition fees by ten months
  • Official holidays & student absences will be included as part of the student attendance period.
  • The above-mentioned tuition fee refund policy will be applied to each semester separately.
  • Book fees are refunded if the student did not attend to school and before the beginning of the academic year only.
