At Little Flower Kindergarten (LFK) we subscribe to the view that a child is like a flower who needs to be cultivated, watered, nurtured and cared for. The child is at the heart of this institution, the centre of attention, around which all aspects of its activities rotate. A dedicated band of teachers make this possible against a backdrop that’s conducive to learning.

The Little Flower Kindergarten has its own way of teaching the child and "Learn with Fun" is the clear thinking of the school. The activity of the child has always been looked upon as an expression of his/her strength. LFK encourages all reasonable forms of activity in which the child engages and teachers try to understand them with due care and politeness.

The teaching methods are a combination of board based written explanations, oral explanations, use of various colourful charts and practical demonstrations wherever applicable. We will also show various educational videos for better clarity of concepts.

The love and warmth of teachers, who appreciate that each child is unique, take interest in each child’s mental, physical and emotional growth, facilitating the urge of “self-discovery” in each child. We believe that the quality and nature of a child’s early experiences in life lay the foundation and brain architecture for all the learning and behaviour that follows.

CCE is a process to provide holistic profile of the learner through regular assessment of both scholastic and co-scholastic aspects of development over the total span of learning time. Besides scholastic, the scheme lays emphasis on acquisition of essential life skills, attitudes and values, interests and achievements in the co-curricular activities. The assessment is also done on class work, home work, assignments and participation in other class activities.
