Little Panda’s Kindergarten

Little Panda’s Kindergarten is a KG1 & KG2/Reception educational facility that will provide and deliver outstanding education based on an adapted form of the National Curriculum in England. The pursuit of academic excellence is central to all our educational approaches. We believe that a school should foster courage, generosity, imagination, principle and resolve so that children emerge empowered with the skills and abilities to be the leaders and guardians of tomorrow’s world. We endeavor to provide a friendly family atmosphere where the emotional, physical, creative and intellectual needs of all students are met.

The proposed business plan is designed to outline the direction and aims for which the kindergarten will be striving towards. Little Panda’s Kindergarten will be owned and run by a Qatari national Sheikha Anwar bint Nawaf Al Thani who will accept nothing short of excellence. Sheikha Anwar bint Nawaf has worked alongside her mother Doctor Sheikha Aisha bint Faleh Al Thani; the Chairperson and founder of Al Faleh Group Which has made its mark in Qatar as a land mark that provides educational products and services to the highest quality. Three schools, including Doha Academy, fall under the group’s umbrella, all of which carry the hallmark of excellence associated with al Faleh Group. Sheikha Anwar bint Nawaf, in opening the school believes that the responsibilities will not be taken lightly. Sheikha Anwar bint Nawaf will combined her interests in Education and Business and aim create a brand value that is synonymous with consistency; an educational brand which reflects a desire to ensure children are happy and content in their learning, one where children really do come first.

Little Panda’s will strive to be a brand where children of whatever creed or color accept each other, don’t notice apparent differences and respect each other for what they believe in and what they are and hopefully become confident individuals and responsible citizens. Little Panda’s Kindergarten will aspire to create and encourage an ambition to excel – in all areas of school life with a curriculum and framework will ensure educational experience that will ensure the development of the whole child with citified and qualified staff who receive on-going professional development training.

Once granted a License, we will strive to offer a broad based, dynamic curriculum that will offer challenging opportunities for growth and learning thereby raising the standards of education in the State of Qatar. One of our key focal point will be to appoint a team of highly professional and dedicated teachers to inspire and to stimulate intellectual curiosity; promote a culture of creativity; develop and nurture critical thinkers, problem solvers, decision makers, responsible risk takers and effective communicators. When fully operational, we believe that our institution will indeed be an educational partner to the values that the Supreme Council of Education promotes as we collectively aim to provide world class education to all students.

Our mission, vision and objectives are tethered to the Human Development and Social Development pillars of the Qatar National Vision 2030. At Little Panda’s Kindergarten, we will strongly rely on the notion of excellence in education as a gateway to encourage the growth of responsible citizens; particularly from the young ages of 3 – 5 years.

Little Panda’s Kindergarten will endeavor to provide the highest quality of education for all children. The school’s management will work around the philosophy, which entails the notion that a school’s quality of education is only as good as the teachers that provide this education. Quality education at kindergarten level is essential as it provides a stepping stone foundation for the new learners to build on their future learning experiences. The kindergarten shall, therefore, recruit and hire teachers with the best qualifications. Furthermore, to emphasize the management’s belief in an all-rounded learning experience for young learners, the kindergarten will place emphasis on bringing on board those teachers who have extensive experience.

The school shall have high-class recreational facilities which is designed for young children primarily for purposes of helping such children have a smooth transition between informal education in a home setting to formal education in the school setting.
