Job Summary
- Collect and organize documents associated with purchasing/logistics.
- Deal with any customs issues of getting tooling into difficult countries, by working with our logistic provider.
- Be the link to Sourcing and the Regional Tooling Manager to determine tooling needs to support the Region and our Customers.
- Work continuously with team to improve systems and procedures relating to both Tooling and Logistics.
- Be primary link between the Tooling Coordinators and the international shipment of tools to ensure on time and smooth deliveries.
- Physically organize inventory including preparing kits for assembly operations.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma holder.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Google suite and office applications.
- Customer service experience required.
