All students of MFIS receive an education that inspires them to achieve their full potential, embrace the future and make positive contributions to the community.

The Mission of MFIS is to provide opportunities within an Islamic environment for its students to excel intellectually, physically, emotionally, socially, religiously, morally and vocationally, and become happy and successful citizens.

Students are encouraged and supported to:

• Develop the key human values of care and compassion, respect, responsibility, honesty, perseverance and self-discipline
• Learn how to exercise sound judgment and make good choices

'Knowledge is light and work is worship', aims to develop each child intellectually, physically, emotionally, socially, religiously, morally, aesthetically and vocationally to ensure that the students are happy and successful citizens of Australia living within an Australian context.

Malek Fahd Islamic School teaches according to the NSW Board of Studies mandated syllabuses. However, all students are required to study the Religious Education syllabus throughout their schooling. The school also teaches Arabic throughout schooling. Arabic is also offered as a subject for students completing the Higher School Certificate in Year 11 and 12.

The school also offers a number of sporting and extra-curricular activities including with other schools and local organizations.
