Manager Housekeeping

Job Summary

As a Manager of Housekeeping, you will be overseeing the management of the hotel housekeeping operations, ensuring the operation is running as per the resort standards and policies. The successful applicant will conduct daily walk-throughs and quality checks to drive cleanliness, productivity, efficiency, exceptional service, and guest satisfaction at all points of contact. He/she will intervene, assist and document instances of guest or employee incidents as oversee administrative processes such as departmental staffing, training, and budgeting to ensure proper planning and organization. You will also be conducting disciplinary action and coaching of colleagues when necessary. An ideal person must demonstrate a clear passion for customer service and the willingness to learn various areas of resort operations.

About You

If you have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and extensive Housekeeping experience, a minimum of 2 years in a similar position within the luxury property, as well as the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy, we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity.
