Manager, Program Engineering

Job Summary

The Manager, Program Engineering is responsible for improving reliability, efficiency, and profitability of the wind and solar sites across the country through improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and process and procedure development. The primary objective is to lead the Program Engineering function for the Operations and Maintenance.

Requirements

Experience & Education

• BS in Engineering discipline required
• 5 years of Electrical, Mechanical, or Operations Engineering experience
• 4 years of experience leading and managing people preferred
• Experience in the renewable energy industry strongly preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Well organized & Self Motivated
• Experience with power plant system controls preferred
• Experience implementing best practices for engineering required
• Project and program management experience required
