Mansoor Golo

Mr. Mansoor Ahmed Golo is an accomplished academic and researcher who is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the School of Management at Harbin Institute of Technology, China. Since enrolling in 2019, he has been dedicated to advancing innovative Climate Action strategies, with a special focus on developing countries that have experienced extreme weather events. His unwavering commitment to addressing pressing global issues through academic research has led him to a series of notable accomplishments.

Mr. Golo's research journey is marked by a series of recent publications that highlight the depth and breadth of his academic pursuits. Notably, he presented his paper titled "The Dynamic Influence of Increasing Output, Energy Use, Monetary Credit, and Good Governance on Environment: An Empirical Study of 23 Developing & Transition Economies" at the prestigious International Conference on Economics and Finance Research (ICEFR) held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in April 2023. Later the paper was published in the International Journal of Management and Applied Science. This paper underscores his empirical approach to understanding the intricate relationship between economic factors and environmental dynamics.

Further exemplifying his commitment to sustainable development, Mr. Golo presented another compelling study titled "An Experimental Pursuit of Sustainable Economic Growth" at the 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Technology and Management in Dongguan, China, in July 2023. This presentation reflects his innovative thinking and dedication to exploring new avenues for achieving economic growth in harmony with ecological well-being.

Mr. Golo's contributions extend beyond conferences, with one of his papers, "Combining Economic Growth and Financial Development in the Environment-Health Nexus," being accepted for publication in an SSCI Journal in July 2023. This accomplishment underlines his academic rigor and the recognition of his work by the scholarly community. Furthermore, he has submitted the revision of another study in SCIE Journal, the study titled “Analysing the combining impact of environment and income on longevity and fertility: An empirical study of environmentally vulnerable countries of Asia”. The study focused on population crises. Besides that, another research paper of Mr. Golo is under consideration in the SCI journal, the title of the study is “Environmental Awareness as Panacea to Environmental Degradation in Pakistan”. Recently he submitted a manuscript in an EI-level international conference, titled “Empirically Examining Governance as a Moderator: A Comparative Environmental Degradation Study of 23 Countries.” This is the very beginning of the journey of his academic research. Previously, his publication "Corporate Bankruptcy Prediction in Pakistan by Employing the Multiple Discriminant Analysis Technique," published in the reputable journal Developing Country Studies in January 2016, showcases his multidisciplinary approach and contributions to the field of economics.

Collaboration is another hallmark of Mr. Golo's academic journey. He co-authored the conference papers “Ethical Leadership as a Catalyst for Sustainable Training and Green Performance” and “Role of Employee Commitment and Individual Value in Green HRM Practices and Sustainable Firm Performance”, both presented at the 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Technology and Management in Dongguan, China, in July 2023. Before embarking on his Ph.D. pursuits, Mr. Golo held the esteemed position of University Lecturer, starting in January 2016. He contributed significantly to Isra University in the Sindh Province of Pakistan. His teaching career commenced after he earned a Master of Philosophy degree in Management Sciences, marking the beginning of his journey in academia. Currently on a study leave from his lecturer role, Mr. Golo is wholeheartedly dedicated to advancing his academic journey at the School of Management, Harbin Institute of Technology.
