Job Summary
- Plan, monitor and conduct analysis of customer information across all dimensions such as product subscriptions, campaign performance, demographic profiles, usage patterns, traffic distribution etc. to identify trends and make recommendations to improve product performance.
- Highlight meaningful customer information to the various functions within marketing to ensure maximum return on investment on customer information investments.
- Conduct periodic scan of the customer base to identify growth potential and revenue opportunities across all customer segments.
- Develop dash boards and dynamic reporting interfaces to present marketing information & KPIs to marketing management & internal stakeholders, based on individual needs.
- Liaise closely with various teams with in consumer marketing Segments, CVM, Planning & Pricing for various products pre and post analysis to provide products post evaluations through ROI analysis.
- Promote data driven marketing and internal analytical consultancy by collaborating with Business Intelligence (DWH) to continuously improve data quality and structure to ensure that appropriate data is readily accessible for data modelling and analysis.
- Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.

Education
Business Administration / Marketing / Finance / Computer Sciences or equivalent.
