Job Summary

  • Lead all activities related to revenue generation. This includes Commercial, Sales and Marketing
  • Research, analyze, recommend, plan and execute “Go to Market” strategies by looking at all revenue streams channels and Geography. Such as:
  • B2B vs. B2C vs. B2G (Business to Government)
  • Countries and Geography prioritization
  • Sales channels and approach
  • Advertisements
  • Establish and manage sales force (if part of strategy)
  • Set detailed Commercial strategies and tactical plans. This includes
  • Planning and conducting marketing campaigns (budget, channels, type, etc.)
  • KPIs and ROI monitoring
  • Identify and manage Marketing and PR providers.
  • Select provider
  • Monitor, audit and optimize budget allocated
  • Review all deliverables including creative work, media plan, and articles
  • Evaluate activities that should be outsourced vs. carried in house
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis on various types of collected data and identify trends and seasonality
  • Research all areas that influence company offerings including: industry trends, consumer behavior, cultural trends, disposable income, government policies, and geopolitical conditions
  • Cleary identify existing and emerging competition and continuously benchmark against leading practices (regardless of industry)
  • Utilize compiled data, and market and competition analysis and apply revenue management practices to identify and maximize company revenues streams. This includes but not limited to:
  • Clear articulation of the company overall offerings, and classifications into smaller offerings/packages to expand user base and company reach
  • Compile a detailed analysis of all options with pros and cons and recommendations
  • Set proper pricing targets for services
  • Continuously update, upgrade and repackage offering options/packages to keep user base engaged and capture a wide range of uses base with different spending habits
  • Create partnerships with various entities to gain market share and add credibility
  • Work closely with the various departments within DARS in aligning product releases with offering plans
  • Prepare and conduct presentations of required a reports to Executive Management and Board

Set and improve rigorous KPIs including

  • Revenue
  • Registered users,
  • Active users,
  • Retention,
  • Converting dormant users into active
  • Etc.

  • Capable of wearing multiple hats and work in a fast pace environment with limited direction
  • Hands-on, roll up your sleeves and get to work kind of attitude

  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Bilingual Arabic/English
