Job Summary

The temporary position is for covering a Year 2 class within our Primary School .The Primary School curriculum is based on the National Curriculum for England and Wales for Literacy and Mathematics, and for the other subjects we use the International Primary Curriculum. Specialist subjects are generally taught by specialist teachers.

As a teaching professional you will need to have current experience of working within Key Stage 1 (IPC Milepost 1), working with children whose English is not their first language and an appreciation of working with children and parents whose cultural background is different to your own. You should be a native English speaker.

Must Have

• Appropriate teaching qualifications such as a BEd. or a first degree and PGCE.
• 3 professional referees, one of whom should be your current Principal.

Desirable

International experience.
