Job Summary

The Logistics and Documentation Manager ensures that the right Signalling (SIG) and Customer Information System (CIS) equipment from the warehouse is being made ready and dispatched to the sites on time, that consumables and materials which are not available in the warehouse are being procured through procurement process, that the site teams are working with the correct set of documentation on site and that test reports and protocols are properly archived and distributed to required teams.

Measurement of success

• Equipment in the Warehouse inspected and cleared for installation on time
• Pending shipments being continuously tracked with an up-to-date schedule
• No gaps in materials and consumables from local procurement
• Baseline set of documentation available for the installation and T&C TeamS

Objectives / Main Activities

• Prepare equipments in the warehouse and arrange and execute formal inspections with the
  customer representative
• Track all pending shipments and align with Scheduling Manager on availability
• Arrange dispatch of equipment from the warehouse to the site in coordination with site
  management
• Manage, execute and track the return process of damaged and faulty equipment from
  Onshore to Offshore
• Align with the site teams on availability of tools and consumables and timely align with and
  support the procurement team on ensuring sufficient availability
• Align with project management of SIG and CIS on availability of documentation baselines
  for the site teams and ensure the site teams work with the correct baselines
• Collect all installation and testing report from site and distribute and archive as per
  documentation process
• Keep track of the tools for Installation and T&C Teams

Knowledge / Qualification

• Experienced in Logistics Management
• First experiences in Documentation Management
• First experiences in Procurement
• Five or more years in project execution
• Good communication skills, first reporting experience
• Solid IT skills, MS Office package PowerPoint, Excel and Word
