Mount View is an accredited International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program school located in Glen Waverley, Victoria, Australia. We strive to support students to be internationally minded. Our teaching philosophy reflects an inquiry-based approach to learning through developing conceptualized understanding of all areas of the curriculum. This approach is underpinned by the explicit teaching of skills and concepts that allow students to apply their learning within, and through the curriculum. We have a significant focus on the teaching of reading, writing and mathematics where students deepen their knowledge as they progress throughout the school from Prep to Year 6.
