MT&M College

MT&M College was established in 1993 by an intergovernmental agreement between the Kingdom of Denmark and Republic of Bulgaria. A degree issued by the National Assembly in 2001 granted the College the status of an autonomous higher education institution preparing specialists for a “Professional Bachelor’s degree”. We provide practice-oriented quality education to students majoring in “Marketing” since 1993 and in “Entrepreneurship” since 2013.

MT&M College is one of the first private colleges in the country focusing on marketing, management and trade. Management courses are based on the best world practices. We are proud that our students occupy top positions in America, Europe, Japan, and, of course, Bulgaria. Our aim is to prepare specialists who understand that what you gain is based on what you give. We believe they realize that real success is unthinkable unless you give other people equal rights and chances.

MT&M College ensures high quality courses of study and worldwide recognition with the Supplement EURO PASS, issued with the Diplomas for Higher Education.

MT&M College is an informed, competent and responsible teaching institution. Since 1993 the college has been providing accessible and practice-oriented degrees in marketing and entrepreneurship. We are dedicated to creating a “working knowledge”. Our teaching approach focuses exclusively on meeting the specific requirements of careers in marketing.

MT&M College motivates students to study for the sake of learning and knowing rather than just scoring well. We believe that students’ success depends on our ability to give them attention and to challenge them.

MT&M College offers a flexible course schedule to suit individual preferences of students. Our students learn in a friendly and well-intentioned team environment. We make sure that our lecturers and teaching materials are always up-to-date.

​Predominantly practice-oriented, MT&M College relies on a team of highly experienced Professors and Associate professors, as well as on younger assistants. Academic positions are occupied after successful competition and election procedure. All core modules at the College are conducted only by academically titled teaching staff.

Lecturers and students, participating in the Erasmus Program, may exchange knowledge and skills with universities of their choice as well as all universities-partners of MT&M College. Guest-lecturers are invited each year. Prof. SINISHA ZARICH, a prominent educator from Serbia, is among them. He delivers courses at the University of the United Nations in Costa Rica and Bologna. At our College, he teaches Event Management and Marketing of Events.

MT&M College is accredited for four years by a decision dated 27.09.2012 of the National Evaluation Agency (NEAA). We implement the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. We, at MT&M College, work in compliance with the European public procurement standards for educational institutions. Our aim is to combine the best quality management practices.

MT&M College provides practice-orientated academic programs with the assistance of highly qualified and helpful lecturers.

In 2010 the Council of European Academic and Cultural Affairs Community rewarded MT&M College with the “Gold Book” award “for high social recognition and contribution to the development of Bulgarian higher education”.

The award is accompanied by the Gold Seal for European Management in Higher Education. All important correspondence of the College is stamped with the seal.

MT&M College is open to new technologies and provides contemporary education to its students through an online PRAD platform (Personal Creativity Activation Directory). The portal serves as a communication tool between students and lecturers, as specific work assignments and their assessment can be placed there. Using their personal online profiles, students and lecturers have access to all courses and classes at the College. PRAD platform is used not only for quick access to various study materials and assessment of different tasks but also for online surveys.

The College of Management, Trade and Marketing follow the European requirements and standards for lecturers’ and students’ study-abroad and exchange programs participating actively in the Erasmus Program. What is more, we can offer additional skills and competences thanks to our exchange arrangements with the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Adminisração do Porto of Portugal (ISCAP) in Portugal.

MT&M College has an expanded Erasmus Academic Exchange international charter. Thus our students and lecturers can obtain additional skills and competences at universities and vocational schools all over Europe. Those of our undergraduates willing to participate in the program are provided with preparatory classes in English to improve their language proficiency.

For the first time MT&M College and the Portuguese institute ISCAP organized a joint student exchange program in 2012/2013 academic year. Students can choose a semester to attend. Both academic institutions ensure that subjects and credits are transferrable.
