At Tyndale Christian School we actively encourage every person to belong rather than attend, to become a part of the community and a part of the family. One of the main choices we face in life is whether we will be spectators or participants, and this is no different when it comes to schooling – for parents, staff and students.

At Tyndale Christian School Murray Bridge our focus is on the development of the whole child – holistically and individually. Underpinned by strong Christian values we emphasis the organic development of our students within a framework that creates a safe, flexible environment where students have the capacity to both thrive as well as build a sense of belonging.

For us, it is so important that children gain a sense of understanding and interest in the wider world which in turn will foster a love of learning.  From our early year’s program, we create imaginary worlds for children to learn and explore – providing the capability to visualise concepts from day to day life, and live them through active learning experiences.

As children progress through the years, we place great emphasis on ensuring they acquire and develop skills that will have functions later in life. In Year 10 we offer a Vocation Program enabling students to spend time in professional environments investigating career paths of interest to clearly ascertain future goals.

At Murray Bridge we embrace student Leadership – providing opportunities for our students to build  self-confidence and the vehicle for students to willingly put their hand up and lead; to make a difference to their lives, the lives of others and impact the world. Tyndale Christian School Murray Bridge is unique – with the strength of a strong brand  and three schools behind it, we offer the knowledge that families have a community in each individual school.

To provide an excellent, inclusive Christian education that equips our students to serve God and His world. Tyndale Christian School was established to be a place of learning for students within the context of the Christian faith. Therefore, the core purpose of the School is to provide best practice (excellent) learning and curricula within a Christian and inclusive community. Tyndale Christian School was established by Christian parents wishing their children to be educated in an environment that would support and complement the values and faith that the families sought to inculcate in their home. The focus of the School is to provide an affordable, holistic education for all students in a distinctively Christian community.

Planning for Murraylands Christian College at Murray Bridge began in 1994. The doors opened for service in February 2000, as the School governance – Emmanual Christian Fellowship Inc. sought to provide a Christian school for those wanting their children in an environment that would support their family values and faith. In January 2015, Tyndale Christian School acquired Murraylands Christian School and began overseeing the governance and operations of the schools located at Murray Bridge and Strathalbyn under the Tyndale banner.
