Green Grass Nursery is a British boutique nursery in Dubai that has been awarded by parents as a Parents’ choice winner. Our nursery caters to children between the ages of one year to five years. We are committed to creating a safe and fun environment for children to learn and thrive at their own pace. Our nurseries are located in Manara and Jumeirah areas. We celebrate UAE culture by teaching children about UAE traditions and culture and by actively participating in the UAE national day with our parents.

Role Description

The arabic teacher will be responsible for daily classroom activities, lesson planning, curriculum development, and teaching children in the toddler stage.

Requirements

• Very good  written and spoken English skills
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic skills
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• A passion for teaching and learning, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well within a team
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a UAE nursery or school. A signed and stamped experience letter is required confirming the years of experience
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or CACHE Level 3 plus a degree. ALL CERTIFICATES MUST BE ATTESTED
• Compensation Structure:
• Salary based on experience—monthly (tax-free) compensation, including base salary and housing allowance, defined by slotting based on duration and quality of experience
• Comprehensive medical insurance
• UAE resident visa
• End-of-service benefits: 21 days’ pay for each completed year of service
• 37 days of paid vacation per year
• Working hours: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
