One of our clients, a Reputed Nursery in Bahrain has a vacancy for Principal

Job Responsibilities

• Day to day running of a kindergarten which follows British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and English National Curriculum schools (Key stage 1) with approximately 200 children
• Lead and support 25+ practitioners and nursery assistants including regular CPD and observations.
• Create and encourage a very positive environment where all children, staff and parents are treated with the upmost respect
• Regular contact with educational stakeholders to ensure that all policies and regulations are in line with Bahraini ministerial regulations, EYFS and English National Curriculum.
• Reviewing syllabi, schemes of work, and assessment tools for EYFS and English National Curriculum to ensure that students’ progress is strong and successful
• Strong knowledge of Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage and Child Protection and Safeguarding
• Building strong relationships with parents through parent evenings, focus groups, apps, social media etc.
