Outstanding IB Results at Montgomery International School Brussels

The EIM team is proud to announce that our graduating class of 2022 has achieved an outstanding average score of 37 points at the IB diploma exams. As a point of reference, the international IB average historically ranges around 32 points. In Brussels, we are one out of two IB schools to achieve such high results.

We commend the endurance of our IB diploma students, who have successfully navigated through the challenges of the IB programme while coping with the covid years.

Our results in summary:

• 100% pass rate
• Average: 37 points
• Lowest score: 30 points
• Top score: 45 points (historically achieved by less than 1% of the international IBDP graduates)
• 30% of graduates obtained a score of 40 points or higher
• 70% of EIM students graduated with the bilingual diploma (a critical differentiating factor when applying to universities)

Our students have been accepted to a number of prestigious universities across the world including: University College of London, University of Glasgow, King’s College London, Science Politique Grenoble, Université Libre de Bruxelles, Delft University of Technology, Erasmus University Rotterdam etc.

They have chosen a wide diversity of specialties, among which: medicine, graphic design, law, engineering, international relations, digital design development, business engineering, physiotherapy, global sustainability science, biology, economics, mathematical and computer sciences for artificial engineering.

These results reflect EIM’s pedagogical approach, which focuses on small class sizes, individualized teaching methods and a dynamic teaching team. We want to thank our students for their hard work and perseverance, as well as our teachers for their unfailing support.
