Job Summary
You will be providing Executive Support to the Group Director for the Middle East for our Energy, Security & Technology Line of business, completing a broad variety of administrative tasks for Executive Management including:
- Managing a calendar of appointments; completing expense reports.
- Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential.
- Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Planning, coordinating and ensuring schedules are followed and respected.
- Providing “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, creating win-win situations.
- Working closely and effectively with the Group Director to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach.
- Prioritizing conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Here’s What You’ll Need
As a successful candidate, ideally you will be degree qualified and will bring with you previous experience of supporting Executive Level Management within an International Framework. You will be:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Experienced in booking international and domestic travel.
- capable to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- excellent with interpersonal skills and have the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing.
