You should be a qualified teacher with a minimum of two years post qualifying experience in order to teach in China. An ability to teach Orchestra and Violin is highly desirable for this post. UK experience is highly desirable. You should have an inquiry based approach to your teaching and an ability to work well within a variety of cultures. Previous experience of working with EAL (Students with English as their second language is desirable). As a new school you will need to be adaptable and flexible and have a positive approach to life, willing to contribute to the continuing development of this great school.
A good starting salary is offered depending on qualifications and experience; flights, furnished housing and medical cover included.
