Principal Architect

Job Summary

Based from our office in Dubai, we are seeking Lead Architects to lead delivery teams across multiple projects running concurrently from concept and Schematic through IFC stages on large-scale developments touching a number of markets such as residential, mixed use, hospitality, healthcare and ancillary buildings for infrastructure projects.

In this role you will be heavily involved in:

• Revit project setup and delivery on large scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Major design software applications including AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe and MS Office suites.
• Delivery of complex projects across residential/ luxury hospitality/ mixed use/ commercial uses.
• Building codes and standards applicable locally and internationally.
• Authority submissions.
• Client presentations.
• Design and delivery to budget.
• Preparing and reviewing project specifications and reviewing itemized BOQ’s.

Here’s What You’ll Need

You will be operating at a senior level (Circa 15 years) with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture, with experience as a Lead Architect. You will also be able to interface confidently with clients and major stakeholders.

You will come with a high-end portfolio of projects delivered. You will have experience in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD 2D. Exposure to working with BIM 360, Navisworks. LEED certification would also be highly desirable.
