Principle Landscape Architect

Job Summary

We are now seeking exceptional Principle Landscape Architect to join our award winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within these varied roles will include:

• Leading, organizing and directing teams of more junior staff in the execution of assigned project.
• Coordinating with other internal disciplines and managing the activities of outside sub-consultants in the execution of assigned projects.
• Demonstration of an expert understanding of the aesthetic, technical, resource, and financial components of landscape architecture
• Demonstration of an expert understanding of production techniques, procedures, and standards.
• Possess the ability to develop technical scopes of works, resource allocations, and financial fees for project opportunities.
• Possess construction administration experience on landscape projects.
• Demonstration of an expert understanding of industry codes/standards/health and safety requirements and sustainability regulations.
• Demonstration of an expert understanding of the regional construction industry, local construction methods and their influence on design decisions.

Qualifications

• To be successful in these dynamic opportunities, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 20 years career experience of working on large-scale landscape strategies with a Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Professional certification or chartered status would be highly regarded.
