Job Summary

• To be successful in your application, you will ideally
• Be qualified in a common law jurisdiction eg. England & Wales, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, South Africa, Malaysia, Singapore (civil law-qualified candidates with relevant experience will definitely be considered);
• Be experienced in working on commercial contracts relating to large scale procurement and projects (in particular EPC/EPCM arrangements), ideally in-house;
• Most likely be currently employed in-house within a similar business in a legal role focused on commercial/procurement matters.
• Arabic language skills and experience gained from within Saudi Arabia/the wider Middle East region are not essential but would be highly regarded. Candidates will be exposed to extremely high quality international work and a very rewarding (tax free) compensation package.
