Productivity is at the heart of PSB Academy. Once known as Singapore’s Productivity and Standards Board, PSB Academy is known today as “The Future Academy”, with an approach to education that focuses on what really matters: performance in the real-world. PSB Academy’s new STEM Campus is inspired by our renewed focus on developing talent that will contribute to the science, technology, engineering and mathematics sectors in Asia. Designed in collaboration with both academia and industry, the campus will house a range of updated, industry-relevant laboratories for our Life Sciences, Sports Sciences, Engineering and Computer Science programmes—perhaps a first for the private education sector in Singapore.

Our full-fledged Delta Campus is centrally located and close to student lodging and public transport. Students enjoy recreational facilities and access to study facilities. Our Delta campus houses industry-standard Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, as well as Life Sciences and Chemistry laboratories, and serves students from the Schools of Engineering and Technology, and Life and Physical Sciences.

Our City Campus in the heart of the city at Marina Square boasts a universal design for maximum accessibility, and is inspired by nature and Singapore’s identity as an innovation hub. Our student experience will be taken to the next level, with students inspired by fresh pedagogies, digital learning journeys, and ample avenues for collaboration and co-creation across disciplines. Our City Campus hosts students from the Schools of Foundation Studies, Business and Management, and Postgraduate Studies.

Our students enjoy a holistic learning experience; they have access to many student support services, enjoy full campus recreational facilities and interact within a multi-national student community. We also have a dedicated student affairs team that organises enriching camps, internships and even overseas students exchange to enhance every student’s learning journey. Students will automatically be members of the Learning Resources Centre once they are enrolled into the programme until the end of the course. A PSB Academy Student Card will be issued and this can be used for loan of Learning Resources Centre materials.

In 2016, The Academy was conferred "Best private education institution in Singapore" by the Business Excellence and Research Group, and "Best private institution" for Engineering at the JobsCentral Learning T.E.D Awards. We host over 11,000 local and international students in our slate of certificate, diploma, degree and postgraduate programmes every year.

PSB Academy voluntarily commissions reputable external research firms to conduct graduate employment surveys as one of several key measures of graduate outcomes. In 2015, idstats research consultancy found that around nine in 10 local/international students found perm/temp employment within six months of graduation; six in 10 benefited from pay raises and/or career progression; and that graduates took 2.1 months on average to find employment.

The STEM Campus will draw inspiration from the concept of “learning as an adventure”, with architectural designs emulating the diverse beauty of natural landscapes. Our focus on developing industry--relevant laboratories for the sciences, stems from our interest in contributing to Singapore’s identity as a Living Lab for the region.  This new campus will give us another platform to provide students with ample opportunities to experiment in practical learning environments, blended with digital learning journeys, even as we develop our role as a transnational education hub for ASEAN and beyond.

There’s never a dull moment here at PSB Academy. Gain a depth of experience and a breadth of perspective through a wide array of student clubs and activities, as well as fun interactions with fellow students on campus. With so much going on, our students will be groomed to be more well-rounded as they progress into the real world.

PSB Academy believes in giving back to the community and creating meaningful platforms for our students to do their part for society. We also count on the avid participation and support of the student body to make a positive difference through activities, events and collaborations with organisations. We believe in building a long term relationship with a network of industry partners who can tap on our students’ talents and qualifications. By engaging with them we build a link for our students to network and learn from these industry practitioners.

It has always been our mission to create a people-centric organisation by paving career pathways that allow our people to maximise their personal learning and development. Each staff takes ownership of their tailored career and learning roadmap, in close consultation with their supervisors who are always here to help them achieve their personal, and professional best.An engaged employee is an empowered individual. Staff orientation, team bonding and recreation activities are very common pursuits which constantly engage our staff. It’s one of the things we like to do to stay connected with our employees.

We believe in the importance of work-life balance – playing as hard as we work – and being able to dedicate ourselves to multiple facets of our lives, in and out of work. The PSB Academy Learning Resources Centre (LRC) is strategically located at the ground floor of Block E, Delta Campus and floor B, City Campus respectively. It has a collection of resources that serves the information and research needs of members.

Throughout my CU BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance for International Business at PSB Academy, I had the opportunity to study Audit and Assurance with Dr.Chelvi. And I sincerely appreciate her professionalism, friendliness, and excellent teaching skills. She explains complex concepts such as audit risk, ethical threats, and the role of an ethical auditor in a clear and structured manner, making them simple to understand. Her guidance helped me gain valuable knowledge, and even after completing my studies, she was kind enough to assist me when I reached out to her. I am sincerely thankful for her support throughout my learning journey. Her dedication to her students goes beyond the classroom, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive teacher.

I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Navin, who was always ready to assist me throughout my BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance for International Business studies journey at PSB Academy. His guidance and support played a crucial role in my academic success, especially his advice on techniques like not memorizing but by drawing mind maps. He is a dedicated and supportive educator who genuinely cares about his students’ learning. I am truly thankful for his efforts and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled and helpful mentor.

My visit to PSB Academy is amazing because I learned new things in public speaking. Tips on how to improve public speaking which was not being taught to us academically in a subject. This experience makes me learn another soft skill as a Marketing Student. In addition to this, I was amazed of your school facilities and your classroom setting. Your school has state of the art facilities that makes learning fun, seeing your laboratory and all that stuff makes me wonder how much does it cost for a parent to send their child to study at PSB to experience all it has to offer and have that quality of education. Overall, I am grateful to visit your school. Thank you Ms Liesa for campus tour and workshop, I hope to see you again when I come back for a visit in Singapore.

Dr Florence is an outstanding lecturer who brings passion, clarity, and real-world relevance to her teaching. She was able to break down complex concept into easily digestible lesson, making learning both engaging and insightful. She is patience, encouraging and willingness to provide guidance beyond classroom as we had our chats along the passageway. She is definitely an inspirational and knowledgeable educator. Highly recommended.

I learnt in the workshop the different strategies to improve my communication and overcome different circumstances. The activities helped me understand how to connect with an audience and build confidence over time. It also emphasized that effective communication is about being authentic, the importance of content and context in talking and avoiding the unnecessary words that does not have context. Thank you Ms. Liesa for the campus tour and workshop.

We were exploring PSB for our daughter and contacted the school admin for guidance. We must say that the whole process, the required information and queries were all answered timely and clearly. We are very impressed by the program consultant, Clarence who is very helpful, knowledgeable and was able to assist us with all our concerns and helped us with our application when the timeline was short. Everything went smoothly. Clarence’s follow up and guidance is commendable. Made the whole process simple for us. A big thank you to Clarence on the whole process especially registration and admission process.

Thank you Dr. Melissa, Mr. Alex and Liesa for the Masterclass today!
I learned about different things about the PSB Academy in line with my Engineering program and knowledge about PSB it self from the date it was established and their facilities.
One thing that I like about PSB Academy is how hospitable they are to their guests which reminds me on how hospitable the filipinos are. PSB Academy creates different opportunities for their students which is a great thing for most of the universities
