Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School is a private, coeducational boarding and day school for grades Pre-K through 12, located in Rabun Gap, GA. Centrally located between Atlanta, GA, Greenville, SC, and Asheville, NC, we combine our strong academic program, mountain setting, and Presbyterian heritage to inspire young people who are eager to learn and grow.

At Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School, we operate three separate divisions that often come together for cross-curricular learning opportunities. It's common to see our Lower School students reading with their Upper School Reading Buddy, a boarding student from across the world. Our Middle School students invite Upper School science classes to view their annual capstone projects. Community defines Rabun Gap, and it permeates into our classrooms for truly engaging and meaningful educational experiences.

At Rabun Gap, all students -- including day and boarding -- are required to participate in an after school activity. This requirement results in an active and vibrant community life that offers a wide variety of clubs and activities. From afternoon activities, to community service, to leadership, clubs, and off-campus adventures, Rabun Gap provides a wealth of opportunities for student growth outside the classroom.
