As a Receptionist at Dolphin Bay, you will ensure all guests’ needs are met and they are assisted in a warm and personalized manner. You will keep a high energy and positive environment while working with a great team. Moreover, you will be involved in special promotions, events, and resort activities at different times. This position will require a flexible approach and does involve working outdoors and standing for long periods of time.
An ideal candidate will have strong work ethic and desire to continuously learn and develop at our resort. Previous Guest Services, Opera, and Galaxy experience are a must to be a successful candidate. Being in a culturally diverse city, additional languages are a plus.
