This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in financial planning, accounting, tax and intercompany accounting. Due to Saudization, this role is suitable for Saudi nationals only.

Job Description

• Leading the company’s financial planning, reporting and control activities.
• Ensuring they are carried out efficiently and in line with best practice and corporate governance standards.
• Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.
• Developing and implementing the company’s financial strategy, working closely with the senior management team.
• Driving the annual budget process and quarterly forecasts, providing financial advice and guidance to the company’s managers and staff to enable them to achieve their objectives.
• Continuously reviewing the financial performance of the organisation and making recommendations for improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Managing, guiding and developing a high-performing finance team.

The Successful Applicant

• A Professional Accounting qualification is essential – SOCPA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA
• Experience in financial planning and reporting
• Experience in tax, VAT, zakat and intercompany accounting
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive and manage a high-performing team.
