Job Summary
- Supervise the implementation of plans and strategies for a defined area for the reseller sales to maximize current and future sales and provide input to relevant units’ and overall strategy.
- Meet or exceed annual sales and profit targets by product line as specified in annual budget.
- Supervise the implementation of sales initiatives and campaigns that generate the highest level of profits from franchise.
- Track performance and developments in the market and ensure that variances against performance targets are brought to the early attention of the appropriate manager and corrective action is taken.
- Provide support to resellers and act as a point of contact in monitoring performance.
- Assess and Address customers issues and concerns in order to provide total customer satisfaction and retention
- Supervise accounting and coordinate logistical requirements for efficiency in resellers sales performance.
- Prepare reports and internal documentation to facilitate and improve product offerings or key areas for business process improvements.
- Conduct and supervise sample checks on accuracy of data entry and compliance with sales policies and procedures for all resellers
- Identify and plan implementation of cross selling across services.
- Perform other duties as required by the higher levels of supervision .
Education
Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university.
Managerial Responsibilities
- Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities and coordinating direct reports performance.
- Set the section’s goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to the direct reports’ individual goals and objectives.
- Apply individual items of sector’s policies, procedures and processes and ensure adherence and implementation.
- Coordinate with direct reports the performance of their delegated responsibilities.
- Ensure the ongoing development of the section’s employees, and guide the activities of direct reports.
- Oversee the overall performance of direct reports according to communicated KPI’s.
