The mission of the Center for Teaching and Learning is to promote, encourage, and support a culture of excellence in teaching, learning, and research. The Center will serve as a primary resource for the exploration of new modes of teaching, strategies for assessing student learning, and the integration of technology into the classroom. The Center provides support for faculty members in instructional design, faculty enrichment, and distance learning.
The Rogers State University Office of Development is the fund-raising arm of the institution and will work to maximize the university’s resources and leverage its effectiveness through obtaining the financial support of individuals, foundations and corporations.
RSU offers academic programs to suit almost any interest, including a variety of associate and bachelor’s degrees and a Master of Business Administration. Several of these degrees are available entirely via the Internet through the highly regarded RSU Online program. RSU offers a traditional collegiate environment, big-time athletics, and plenty of student activitiesand support services. If you’re interested in living on campus, RSU offers Student and Family Apartments on its Claremore campus.

The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships at Rogers State University is firmly committed to ensuring that all students are able to attend college, regardless of their financial situation. Our mission is to enable students to pursue their educational goals through the application of appropriate financial resources relevant to each student’s eligibility and individual need. RSU offers several scholarship opportunities that provide students the opportunity to grow academically while easing their financial burden.

Choosing a major is an important decision. RSU offers a wide variety of degree programs to suit almost any interest. While you’re deciding, you can complete basic coursework, explore academic and career options, and discover your interests.
Our professors can help you explore your options through one-one-one advising. New freshmen can contact the enrollment office for academic advising. All RSU students are assigned an academic advisor (faculty member.) In addition, the university provides career counseling through its Career Services office, to help you in your search for a satisfying and lucrative career.
RSU offers articulation agreements with several two-year institutions across Oklahoma. The UConnect program allows students with an associate’s degree from Northeastern Oklahoma College, Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology or Tulsa Community College to seamlessly pursue a bachelor’s degree at RSU.
Since RSU became a four-year university in 2000, the institution has increased the number of full-time faculty members by more than 50 percent. Most RSU faculty members hold doctoral degrees or the highest degrees available in their fields from esteemed institutions across the nation, including Princeton University, Duke University, and the University of Oklahoma.
