Are you a customer service superstar? Do you enjoy working with attention to detail in a fast-moving environment? TheRooms Controller will be providing efficient solutions and services to all guests, offering information, and giving particular attention to all guests’ special requirements. The priority of this role will be to ensure pre-register designated guests and prepare key packets. Organize and coordinate check-in/pre-registration procedures for arriving groups. Review, track, accommodate requests for room/check-out changes when possible; communicate status to appropriate staff. Confirm reservations and cancellations. Review out-of-order rooms daily.
If you have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management in a related field or either and a housekeeping experience, a minimum of 2 years in a similar position within the luxury property, as well as the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy, we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity.
