Sales Engineer / Representative

Job Summary

• Meeting regular sales targets.
• Must be aware of the major and minor projects and players in the UAE Construction industry.
• Make all efforts to keep up to date with the market trends, upcoming developments and average prices of various freehold areas and maintain appropriate records (sales database).
• Must act as a liaison among clients, outside agents, and other departments to resolve the issues/matter for sales transactions as they arise.
• Liaise with the management in formulating a sales plan and strategy for the company on a regular basis.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive reporting system for all sales achieved and to ensure that frequent and accurate reports are made to management.
• Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining precast concrete products or services to customers.
• A solid technical knowledge and background with sales skills in the UAE construction sector.

Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should be confident in his own abilities, resilience, and ability to cope with the situation.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
• Should be graduate and having excellent English communication skills (ability to communicate in other languages will be an added advantage).
• Must have valid UAE driving license.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in the Dubai Construction industry preferably in precast concrete.
• The engineering background preferable but not essential.
