Job Summary

In your role as a Sales manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales opportunities within the organization and closing the deals. You will be the main contact to our customers, your main focus will be to understand their needs and expectations and support them by developing and providing competitive solutions. You will be provided with adequate freedom to manage your projects and take the necessary decisions. In order to be successful communication skills, own initiatives, flexibility, self-motivation and a lot of energy will be required. You have a “Can Do” mindset and you will take the initiative to explore new business fields.

  • Establish an action plan for self and others to complete work efficiently and on time. Ensuring follow-through of plan; Translating strategic priorities into operational reality and concrete actions to offer competitive proposals.
  • Lead interdisciplinary, international negotiation teams.
  • Performs win-loss analysis.
  • Developing and leveraging relationships within/ across teams/ work groups to achieve results; Initiating and maintaining strategic relationships.
  • Update market and customer requirements/trends for related products and opportunities and regularly maintain the applicable data in sales.
  • Demonstrates a Siemens-wide attitude, across sectors and functions, drive cross-selling and cross-business line opportunities
    Drive Digitalization for Siemens across the region.
  • Analyze the specific market conditions, customer’s business situation & competitive environment and develop the sales strategy in alignment with the Country Sales as well as target pricing.
  • Support the preparation, follow and guide the LoA approval process.
  • Lead and coordinate the project activities from pre-acquisition phase to bid preparation, bid submission, contract negotiation and finally hand-over to execution team.

Requirements

  • Team player, take initiative, results oriented, excellent communication and networking skills, very structured and the desire to walk the extra mile to close a project.
  • Experience with intercultural, multi-location teams.
  • Knows how to build up networks and actively listens.
  • Communication & Presentation skills and Conflict Management.
  • More than 5 years Sales related experience with a track record of successful performance (new orders).
