Job Summary
We are searching for a Sales Manager to be employed in Dubai / UAE to expand and manage our Luxury Built-in Appliances mainly through B2B and builder business channels. As a person representing our flagship brand in the portfolio, passion driven and an eye of detail would be a pre-requisite.
It must be a profile with a clear sales orientation of independent responsibility with experience in project sales, domestic kitchens and excellent relationship with key developers and A&D
This person will be responsible for
- Manage Q sales-budget to achieve quarterly/yearly targets according to HoD instruction
- Assure the payment terms conditions according to contract and follow and recover payments without delay
- Prepare a weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to show the performance according his HoD
- Create and assure a sales monthly and quarterly forecast according to company request
- Achieve quarterly, yearly targets delegated by the company in area of responsibility
- Prepare, negotiate and execute plan per key accounts to achieve targets proposed
- Manage displays and presence in major outlets to ensure visibility
- Look for opportunities into his market to continue improving our business
- Cross-working with other areas/departments to look for synergies to achieve company goal
Desired Skills & Experiences
- Home Appliances Industry experience is an asset
- Excellent spoken communication & presentation skills
- University degree; MBA is an asset,
- Market experience in UAE about projects and kitchens
- Executioner, assertive and result oriented
- Cooperative mindset to work with shared departments
