Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of the region, the Sales Manager will be responsible for;
- Managing and developing the Food Service channel across Qatar
- Working closely with distribution partners on executing plans and increasing revenue
- Coach and develop the distributor team through trainings and joint sales visits
- Work close with R&D team to develop and innovate on product lines and educate the distributor sales team
- Work cross functional with regional and local marketing teams on promotions and marketing campaigns
The Successful Applicant
To apply for the role, it is necessary for the candidate to have the following;
- Atleast 5 years of sales experience
- Must be based in Qatar presently or previously based in the market
- Must have managed a distributor or large teams
- Must be a fluent Arabic speaker
- Ideally managed Food Service/Horeca channels or F&B products in Retail
