Sales Support Engineer - Pumps

Job Summary

As a Sales Support Engineer you would be responsible for supporting the sales department regarding technical and commercial aspects. This role involves evaluating customer enquiries and assisting in the selection of appropriate pumps/equipment to meet the customer requirements. The next step would be the preparation of technical and commercial proposals. You would be handling quotations and be the reference point in all matters related to products, pricing, and technical specifications.

This would involve a level of interaction with different departments and coordinating to ensure complete and accurate information regarding quotations and the financial aspects. You would be a product expert and would be the main contact concerning the entire pre-sales and post-sales engineering support.

Requirements

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree required
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Experience working in an engineering environment
• Fluent in Arabic, English and French
