Job Summary

A systems coordinator is the central clearinghouse for all correspondence, data and information for sales team within the organization, provides technical and administrative assistance to sales team, and is also responsible for projects coordination and maintenance on Region Level.

Accountabilities:

  • Allowing the maintenance process for HH and Printers.
  • Ensure that the selling tools, HH. & printers are available with all Sellers.
  • Adding the new routes, Teams.
  • Coordinating to Complete the implementations of sales systems projects.
  • Provide the stock report for HH and Printers under his area.
  • Identify repeated hardware problems for improvement.
  • Complete the new process testing and results.
  • Identify repeated process issues for process improvement.
  • Managing Sales Complaint, System & Control.
  • Reports on Document Management & Control Effectiveness.
  • Manage conflicts and resolve issues.
