There are three holiday breaks in Croatia throughout the academic year. School holidays in Croatia include summer, winter (which coincides with Christmas festivities), and spring break. Dates are determined by the Ministry of Science and Education.
At a glance, summer holidays begin in mid-June and last until the beginning of September, while the spring holidays last for one week during April around the Easter period, and winter holidays last for about two to two and a half weeks.
