We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented School Registrar to join our Administration Team.

Position Overview

The School Registrar plays a key role in managing all aspects of admissions, enrolment, and pupil record-keeping. You will ensure that our procedures comply with the British curriculum framework, Saudi Ministry of Education regulations, and international accreditation standards (e.g., BSO and COBIS). This is a vital role that supports both the strategic and operational needs of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Enrolment

Manage the entire admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
Coordinate school tours, entrance assessments, and interviews.
Support the Headmaster in entry decisions; prepare offer letters and contracts.
Maintain accurate admissions records and generate related reports.

Pupil Records & Data Management

Ensure secure and accurate pupil records in line with GDPR, Saudi data privacy laws, and BSO standards.
Administer and maintain the school’s Management Information System (MIS).
Prepare regular data reports for internal use and external authorities.

Ministry Liaison & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with Saudi Ministry of Education requirements.
Manage documentation for pupil visas, Iqama applications, and other approvals.
Stay updated on local and international compliance changes and advise leadership accordingly.

Communication & Support

Serve as the first point of contact for admissions enquiries.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on admissions events and materials.
Provide support during inspections and accreditation visits (BSO, COBIS).

Additional Duties

Perform other responsibilities as reasonably requested by the Headmaster.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in administration, Education or a related field.
Preferred: Certification in school administration, records management, or data systems.

Experience

Required: Minimum 3 years in a registrar or school administrative role, ideally within a British curriculum setting.
Preferred: Familiarity with MIS systems, Saudi Ministry procedures, and international school environments.

Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Arabic and ability to prepare and present analytical reports.

Working Conditions
