As a vital member of the QDF Management team, you will ensure that the Operations are run smoothly, in a cost effective manner; conforming to all the security requirements and loss prevention.
You will ensure customers are provided with 5 Star service, thus creating a competitive advantage for QDF in travel retail products and services, act as a reference point and source of expertise for others both inside and outside the organisation. You would have oversight of approximately 25,000 square meters of travel retail space, participate in official stock takes, and ensure all shop staff conform to company security regulations.
You will have to review any incident concerning QDFC (internal & external theft, fake currency etc. with CCTV operators, perform spot checks on stock transfers, assure that all shop staff conform to all company security instructions, rules & regulations. You will remain alert to any breach of company security procedures, and ensure all stock and cash transactions conform to company and security standards.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following skillets :
Candidates with Arabic language fluency & operational knowledge of Retail environment is an advantage.
