Job Summary

This opportunity is for a senior security professional within Ciscos Customer Experience (CX) organization to help drive the security business in EMEAR. As Security Principal you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with C-level and senior client stakeholders and oversee project delivery in the security domain. A tight alignment with other architectures, delivery teams and management as well as in-depth understanding of subject is mandatory. Further you will be working closely with our sales teams across CGEM and Major Enterprise customer segments and become their internal trusted security adviser.

Work in close alignment with regional sales and CX leadership Attend industry forums, trade shows and events as required Who You are High energy personality with a can-do mentality Minimum 10 years in information security, ideally with an advisory consulting background in Big4 Hold industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, CoBIT, ISO 2700x. Proven ability to develop C-level relationships Good understanding of GRC and legal topics You must be able to demonstrate ability to work in a consultative style, show understanding of client requirements, discuss solutions, and position Cisco security value proposition Experience with positioning complex security solutions, comprising Content security / E Mail security, Web security, Endpoint/AV, DLP, VPN, IPS/IDS, Next Gen Firewalls, both Cisco and 3rd party, and a deep understanding of the current threat landscape for a range of industries is highly desired.

Provide oversight and guidance to service delivery staff across service catalog Participate in steering committees and review deliverable to ensure best possible business outcomes for our clients Act as strategist for security activities within assigned territory and provide guidance to specialist seller community. Work with the Account Teams on qualified opportunities and prioritize their activities Provide mentoring to junior staff and help shape their careers within information security Represent Cisco towards the public during industry events and on social media Leverage and nurture the Cisco partner base, work with the Partner sales teams and provide them with guidance to enable repeatable business wins Display deep understanding of product and services capabilities and value proposition Present to C-level and senior client staff in a highly effective and professional manner.  Outstanding business manners and cultural awareness A business degree is highly preferred Fluency in English Willingness to travel internationally.
