Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Jobs at this level are responsible for information analysis by managing data collection, performing complex analyses, participating in the development of strategy, goals, initiatives, performing assisting seniors in advanced and technically complex data, and reviewing all documented reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop customer experience KPIs and manage performance tracking system, and follow-up on customer experience and satisfaction improvement initiatives in coordination with related stakeholders
• Design and run customer experience surveys, fielding of surveys, and reporting on a periodic basis on customer satisfaction
• Participate in planning STC’s analysis and reporting projects, by providing all relevant statistics and documentation, in a timely manner.
• Participate in performing complex analysis of STC’s business, market and performance data and reviews all relevant reports to ensure accuracy.
• Participate in implementation of analysis and reporting procedures in compliance with all relevant procedural, documentation and legislative requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, participates in preparing market forecasts and activity plans, and assists in tracking progress and business outcomes.
• Liaise with key stakeholders both within and outside the organization to ensure that all analysis and reporting related matters are addressed and managed efficiently.
• Drive ongoing market research (questionnaires, focus groups, etc.) on customer experience and satisfaction

Education level/Major

Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MIS

Years of Experience

Minimum of 3 Years’ experience in Customer experience

• Intermediate proficiency in business acumen
• Intermediate proficiency in data collection and analysis
• Intermediate proficiency in reporting skills
• Intermediate proficiency in relevant reporting software and tools
