Provide a comprehensive HR service which ensures that Management and employees are equipped with best practice to foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management, with recent experience at a leadership level.
- Industry experience: Fashion, Retail, Luxury goods
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor’s Degree, specialized in Human Resources or similar
- Human Resources Certification, such as CIPD or other, is an advantage.
